The North Dakota University System, Core Technology Services, is requesting information for a parking management solution. The system will be used by the 8 (eight) of the North Dakota University System institutions, https://ndus.edu/institutions. Respondents are asked to provide the following information: Permit Management R1 Describe how your software allows for the ability to enter, store, access and modify data associated with each unique parking permit and what information is included, i.e. permit number, date issued, expiration date, cost of permit, method of payment, customer type (faculty, staff, student, visitor, etc.), customer name, customer number, customer address, customer phone number, vehicle description, license plate number(s), etc. Response: R2 Explain your software’s capability in managing virtual or e-permits. Can these permits be assigned to multiple people or multiple vehicles? Response: R3 Does your software allow the ability to track active, lost, stolen, returned, temporary permits for auditing? Response: R4 Describe the ability to create pro-rated parking permit fee and refund schedules. Response: R5 Explain your waitlist management process and capabilities. Response: R6 Does your solution rely on partnerships with third-party vendors to provide additional support or enhancements for existing customer technologies?
