The goal of this project is to begin to implement a community-based population health screening program and research study for the state of Iowa to improve the health of Iowans through the return of clinical genetics results to 100,000 participants over five years. The Supplier will assist with recruitment of project participants, providing clinical whole exome sequencing, provide bioinformatics analysis and clinical interpretation of the data, and return the data to the electronic health record. The Supplier will also assist with education of providers and patients across the state of Iowa. In addition, patients will be able to sign a consent to participate in a research database consisting of the genomic data and Electronic Health Record (EHR) data.
