Removal and disposal of all materials from the interior of the building including, drywall, plaster, laminate flooring, carpet, plumbing systems back to the main/meter, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and all wiring back to the main panel, HVAC systems and all components, wall and attic insulation, low volt wiring, all trim, gas fireplace and venting, suspended ceilings, and any other materials not listed in the “to remain” section below. Items and Materials to remain in place including, interior and exterior wall studs, elevator cab and controls, windows including glass, frames and concrete aprons, exterior and interior doors and door frames, terrazzo finished walls and floors, any interior concrete, CMU or brick, steel stairwell railings, structural components, built-in cabinets and/or closets, antique incinerator and all components, glass and aluminum framed front vestibule. Detailed cleanup of all debris at the end of the project. No temporary heat during construction will be provided by Mclean County. Any temporary heat will be the contractor’s responsibility and must be approved by the Mclean County Project Manager before use
