Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment (including hoses, heavy duty mechanical broom street sweeper), protective covering, insurance, transportation, licenses or permits necessary to perform all work as described herein. B. Contractor shall make arrangements with the office two (2) weeks in advance. All work shall be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless permission is granted in writing by the On-Site Contact. Contractor must checkin/out with the On-Site Contact upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. Failure to check in and out could result in invoices not being processed. C. Contractor to ensure that all debris is removed from the premises including the refuse and debris that may accumulate around the building and in the parking lot, roadway lanes, and employee entrance. D. All service shall be performed by trained, competent workers. E. Any work found unsatisfactory shall be redone before the next scheduled service at no additional cost to the State.
