Upgrades to the wastewater treatment process include but are not limited to replacement of existing mechanical fine screen and washer compactor, replacement of influent wastewater pumps, replacement of aerated grit removal system, conversion of aeration basin, new fine bubble diffusers, new A2O activated sludge process, new concrete aerobic digester, new concrete liquid sludge storage tank and mixing system, new site electrical service motor control cabinets, SCADA control system, new diesel-fired backup generator, new laboratory/office/garage metal framed building, architectural/structural upgrades to existing service building, new aeration blowers, removal of fiberglass cover for aeration structure, new access walkways, stairs, and grating, and new chemical feed pumps.
