The City of Quincy is soliciting proposals for furnishing contractual services for Vendors for Communications Access for Persons with Limited English Proficiency and Persons with Disabilities. The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Vendors may provide one or more of the following: Braille transcription, Communications Access Realtime Translation (CART), Translation, Interpretation, PDF Remediation, Video Audio description, Video Audio dubbing, Video captions and subtitles, other not specified of similar nature. Vendors must specify which languages and services they are able to provide. Vendors must also specify if they have their own intrepretation equipment and the additional cost of use of equipment rentals. Availability is of huge importance in the case of emergency requests.
