The Restroom Replacement Project consists of production, delivery and installation of 3 separate prefabricated restroom buildings as defined in the performance specifications included in this packet and included drawings along with all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a Nevada Licensed Engineered design for the individual buildings, any required permits, ensuring all buildings meet or exceed current Carson City Building Codes, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during installation. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
