Iowa State University sends approximately 3000 travelers abroad each year for study abroad, research, recruiting, and business travel. To manage logistics and provide resources to travelers, we are seeking software solutions for this travel footprint that will: • Promote study abroad programs online. • Accept, manage, track, and process applications for study abroad programs. • Accept, manage, track, and process employee international travel itineraries and deliver customized content based on travel characteristics. • Manage risk and duty of care of travelers through risk alerts and destination risk intelligence. We understand some systems available may not be able to provide all required features. We will evaluate all responses and per the ISU Instructions under the attachment tab section 5 (a) The RFP/RFQ does not commit University to award a Contract. If University elects to award a Contract, it will do so based on the criteria set forth in the RFP/RFQ documents. University is not required to purchase the lowest priced goods or inferior or substandard goods. University may make multiple awards if University determines it is in its best interest to do so.
