The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA") is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management and Construction Inspection (“CM/CI”) firms (“Respondents”) to oversee the Design-Build Structural and Building Stabilization of 710 N Homewood Avenue property located in North Homewood Neighborhood, 7th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh (City), Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the “Project”). The scope of the Design-Build Structural and Building Stabilization includes design and engineering services, permitting, extensive repair work, selective demolition and reconstruction of masonry wall, roofing, reinforcement of structural members, joist replacement and anchoring, and other necessary repairs to address water penetration, rot, mold remediation, and structural instability.
