A. The work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, plant and labor necessary to accomplish the following: 1. Furnish and install all materials and labor required to replace the fire alarm control panel (FACP), 14 pull stations and battery in existing auto dialer. Remove all redundant fire alarm devices that are no longer in service. 2. The contractor to budget for 25 new fire alarm devices to be installed. 3. The contractor to budget for a new mass notification device, voice evacuation control panel, and LCD remote annunciator. 4. The contractor to test fire alarm system to ensure complete operational system. B. Accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications contained herein. C. Accomplish all work in accordance with California Building Codes (2022 Editions). D. The site shall be considered the entire fenced perimeter of the site
