A. Contractor shall remove and replace all asphalt concrete (AC) paved areas with vehicular concrete paving. B. Contractor shall remove and replace existing fencing with new ornamental fencing and two (2) sliding vehicular gates. C. Contractor shall replace existing underground domestic water line, sanitary sewer lines, storm drain lines, and natural gas lines. D. Contractor shall be responsible for all paving, utilities, and points of connection to be within CAL FIRE property lines. E. Contractor shall be responsible for installation of underground telecommunications connections (telephone and internet); points of connections are outside of the CAL FIRE property. F.
