Yuma County Facilities Management seeks to engage qualified general contractors to assist with the construction of a parking lot per Dahl, Robins & Associates, Inc. drawings in downtown Yuma, located at 217 S. 2nd Avenue, Yuma, Arizona 85364. The project will require demolition of some existing pavement, grading, installation of new pavment, landscaping, electrical and water. Additionally, the contractor must include a cost for crack fill, seal coat, and re-stripe of existing parking lot north of the construction area and not part of the drawings (see yellow highlighted area on next page). The successful respondent shall be referred to herein as the “Contractor.” The construction work will commence as early in Spring of 2025 and must be completed no later than September 30, 2025.
