1. Turf removal and stockpiling or removal of topsoil, transportation of topsoil and fill within the golf course to meet requested depths. 2. Earthwork excavation and embankment area. 3. Complete all shaping, backfilling, loaming, finish work and drainage as described on the plans and specifications. 4. Furnish and install all plant, labor, equipment and materials (except as noted). 5. Replace and/or restore disturbed areas including shrubbery, paths, grass, posts, signs, trees, etc. within the project site. 6. Provision, installation, and maintain all erosion protection if deemed necessary (straw wattles). 7. Dispose of on-site any excess material and appurtenances from excavation removed as fill but not required as part of the Contract, at the expense of the CONTRACTOR and to the satisfaction of the OWNER. Stumps, sod and other organic materials shall be disposed of onsite by the CONTRACTOR. Drainage pipe, irrigation pipe, etc. shall be disposed of in the off site by the CONTRACTOR. 8. Returning/provision of additional topsoil, cultivating, adding soil amendments, finish grading, preparing for grassing, seeding or sodding and protection of all disturbed areas within the project. 9. Provision, installation, spreading and compaction of bunker sand. 10. Provision and installation of all sod.
