1. Project goal and objectives – Replace the existing General Ledger and Fixed Asset systems, add a Costing System and the ability to interface with various software platforms for payroll, accounts payable and patient accounting. 2. Deliverables/Requirements: a. Ability to interface with various systems both at ARMC and the County as well as various cloud-based platforms: i. EPIC ii. SAP iii. PeopleSoft (HCM) iv. ServiceNow v. Kronos b. Ability to create, work on and share Monthly Operating Reports within the software system. c. Provide any necessary training needed for staff to operate the software system. i. Assess existing staff to see if additional resources are needed specific to the costing system. d. Provide a timeline for implementation of the software system along with the training schedule needed for staff to begin utilizing the software system. i.
