Scope of Work • Vendor shall inspect current conditions of the internal and external components of the four reclaimed water reservoirs along with structural integrity. • Indian Hills, Cordillera and Parkway tanks are to be cleaned and inspected once (1) per calendar year. • Reservoir 2 is to be cleaned and inspected twice (2) per calendar year, once in the spring and the second in the fall. (Allow 4 days to clean the reservoir per visit). • Vendor must be able to clean the three reclaimed tanks of up to 3” of sediment using an underwater suction vacuum while causing minimal turbidity. • Reservoir 2 is to be cleaned of up to 6” of sediment with the possibility of removing dead vegetation using an underwater suction vacuum while causing minimal turbidity • Diver must wear a vulcanized rubber dry suit that is in proper working condition. • A high-definition video of the cleaning and inspection process must be provided to LVMWD upon completion of each reservoir. • A detailed written report with photos must be provided upon completion of each reservoir.
