The purpose of this Quote for Small Purchase of Maintenance request (“Quote for Small Purchase” or “QSP”) is to invite qualified Contractors to submit to the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) price quotes for the work described in the Scope of Work, which is attached to or a part of the Quote Form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Work will be paid for using funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), and as such, this procurement is governed by HUD regulations. Since the estimated cost of this procurement does not exceed the federal small purchase threshold of $250,000, HACLA is procuring these services using the small purchase procedures authorized by HACLA’s Procurement Policy. HACLA does not guarantee a minimum value for this Contract.
