Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Provide students with a supervised environment that encourage youth to build their self‐esteem and learn basic life skills and respect for community. House Bill 11.235 requires the following: For a sports enrichment park in a city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county for students that provides a supervised and structured environment for empowering youth to develop self-esteem, basic life skills, respect for the rights of others and property, all through: sport, fitness, cultural, and educational programming. The Chris Harris Foundation is the only qualified entity that meets the requirements of the house bill language and is the only feasible source from which to acquire the service.
