The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Professional on-call human resources consultant services. The selected firm shall provide its services as requested by the City on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order basis throughout the duration of the Contract. Work on IDIQ contract will be on an as-needed basis, and the City does not guarantee any minimum work. The consultant will be authorized to perform work under an agreement by issuance of a written Task Order executed by the City and Consultant. Each Task Order will identify the Scope of Work to be performed, the period of performance, and the not-to-exceed amount. The consultant will not be entitled to any reimbursement for its time or costs associated with the development and negotiations for each Task Order.
