The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: • Inspections pertaining to janitorial work. • Consultation/planning on the best method to achieve the intended result. • Completion of regular janitorial tasks as provided by the EDD Representative. • Completion of incidental janitorial items, both planned and impromptu. • Verbally notify the Office Manager and/or EDD Representative about safety-related problems (e.g., broken glass, sharp items, syringes/needles, transients, dangerous persons, bodily fluid/blood spills), location of problem, and proposed action to be taken to ensure the issue is promptly resolved. • Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which the Contractor determines needing attention. • The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises.
