Contractors responding to this Solicitation must identify their expertise in each area of the services provided below. The City’s goal is to select a sufficient number of contractors to ensure there is at least a minimum of three (3) contractors for each area of service provided below: Air Quality – Permitting, emission source identification, inventories, calculations, compliance audits; green fleet certifications; and risk management plan development and implementation. Aquifer Protection Permitting and Groundwater – Drywell design; investigations; permitting; remedial actions; and clean closures.
