The Contractor shall furnish, deliver in place, firmly secure and service the Portable Toilet Rental in accordance with the specifications below: a. Units will be fiberglass and/or plastic with the interior (bowl, seat, etc.) of stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass or other non-porous material. b. Units will be self-contained, non-polluting, manually-operated chemical type toilets that contain measured amounts of material to control odors and keep bowl clean. c. The Contractor shall service toilet(s) a minimum of once per week, more frequently if requested by Town Department, to prevent unsanitary conditions or obnoxious odors. All servicing will be at no additional charge over the rates specified in Exhibit B. Servicing toilet(s) includes providing toilet tissue, and hand sanitizer where applicable. d. The Town reserves the right to request the removal of any individual units on five (5) days written notice to the Contractor if it finds individual units or the services provided to be unsatisfactory. e.
