Metal Pole Fence Construction requirements shall include, but not be limited to: 5.2.1 Metal Pole Fence (represented by blue lines on photo) to be built on the UCM property as shown in the photo in the Bid Attachments. 5.2.2 Fence shall have 4.5”x 10’ posts at corners. 5.2.3 Fence shall have 2.875” x 10’ line posts. 5.2.4 Line posts shall be set at 10’ centers. 5.2.5 #1 – 6 bar 1.050 11-gauge pipe panels with 6 uprights. 5.2.6 60” average fence height from finished ground. 5.2.6.1 Posts shall be half in, half out of ground. 5.2.7 Metal caps welded on all posts to keep out moisture. 5.2.8 Every connection shall be welded, and every bar welded to the post. 5.2.9 No splits in any of the pipe are allowed. 5.2.10 Total length of fence shall not exceed 700 feet. 5.3 Barbed Wire Fence Construction requirements shall include, but not be limited to: 5.3.1 Barbed Wire Fence (represented by red lines on photo) to be built on the the UCM property as shown in the photo in the Bid Attachments. 5.3.2 Corners will be 3 corner pipe sets - 3/10' x 4.5" pipes 5'6" in the ground and 54" top post height - 4/10'x2.375" horizontal braces 5.3.3 6' heavy T posts 1.33 weight on 10' centers 5.3.4 2.375"x10' line posts with caps and wire clips welded to pipe - line post every 100' - 54" top post height 5.3.5 The Contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying of all fees and charges associated with permits or licenses required to complete the work for this project. 5.3.6 Length of barbed wire fence is estimated as 4,000 linear feet. 5.3.7 Total of 19 gates shall be constructed and installed in locations determined by Project Manager which will be 16+ feet between both fences...
