The Authority is seeking a qualified Contractor to furnish equipment and labor, as required, to perform snow removal services at Philadelphia International Airport (“PHL”). Snow removal services include removal of snow from parking facilities at PHL, salting parking facilities at PHL and stacking of bulk salt in the salt shed. Prior to the selection of a Contractor, a Representative from the Philadelphia Parking Authority may visit the Contractor’s site to physically examine all of the Contractor's equipment and vehicles that are listed in the Bid Form for the Authority's final approval. All of the equipment and vehicles must be the property of the Contractor and must be on location at the Contractor's site for the one-time inspection visit.
