Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department (Owner) hereby requests lump sum bids for all removal, material procurement, shipping, delivery, repair and installation of exterior joint sealant and damaged backing material on all exterior joints of precast concrete building located at the main Highway shop, 338 Old Highway 16 West, Wyocena, WI 53969. Work is to include, but not be limited to; demolition, removal, disposal, transport, trucking, procurement of new materials, placement, installation, delivery, shipping, incorporation into the work, labor, benefits, overhead, supervision, project management, taxes, insurance and all the other necessities in order to complete project in accordance with specifications and plans for main Highway shop (480’ x 250’).
