Excavate site Prepare existing asphalt edge Pour concrete slab Trench drain Hot mix asphalt tack coat on all vertical cut surfaces Install bollards Provide and install quantity 2 20’ conex containers Provide and install quantity 2 Awnings for conex containers Provide and install oil/water separator Provide and install 2,500 gallon plastic water tank Erosion control ADA parking stall Refer to Construction Drawings for further information on scope, and other requirements.
