Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (¿eRFP¿) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Marketing and Media Services as further described in this eRFP. This solicitation event is being procured by the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) on behalf of the Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿ or ¿GTC¿) which is assigned to the DPH for administrative purposes only, as prescribed in Code Section 50-4-3. The Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission (GTC) seeks to contract with a full-service marketing firm with demonstrated expertise in the healthcare sector. The successful bidder shall provide initial and ongoing full support in the following key areas: 1. Organizational strategy and business road mapping including refining the mission, vision, and values, and developing short and long-range goals. 2. Branding and design working with GTC's existing branding to develop guidelines specific to primary and co-branding. 3. Optimize website design and content to enhance usability using the existing Gov Hub platform for peak performance. 4. Develop critical digital marketing concepts into messaging for stakeholder and public consumption. Create professional and user-friendly templates for events, legislative reports, and presentations. Support fulfillment of GTC's legislative mandate to educate the public on injury prevention. Create and develop GTC's social media presence and ongoing content. Incorporate a media tool kit for trauma-related initiatives and celebrations for Georgia trauma system "wins." 5. Create, develop, and publish annual report (impact report). 6. Create, develop, and produce video content reflecting the GTC organizational mission, vision, and values for use in various settings including the website, public education settings, social media, etc. 7.
