The purpose of this procurement is to secure ongoing support, maintenance, and scalability enhancements for both the GovHub platform, which powers 87 Georgia state websites utilizing the Drupal content management system, and the Storybook-based Orchard design system. As critical resources for state communications and citizen engagement, both systems require continuous technical oversight to ensure reliability, security and performance. Additionally, as user needs and state priorities evolve, it is essential to develop new features that enhance accessibility, functionality, and user experience. This procurement seeks a partner capable of providing comprehensive platform support, proactive maintenance, and the ability to scale and integrate new features across both GovHub and the Orchard design system in alignment with the platform’s growth and the needs of the State of Georgia.
