The Department of Social Services, Family Support Division requires continuous ongoing maintenance and operation support services without disruption for their Missouri Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System (MEDES). MEDES provides citizens access to their benefits 24 hours a day seven days week, therefore there cannot be a lapse in services. In order for DSS to provide the ongoing MEDES services during the rebid process and transition period of the ongoing maintenance and support services contract, RedMane is the only source to be able to continue to provide the services without a disruption in coverage to the citizens. As a result, this meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044 RSMo. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
