The awarded vendor shall contract to lease golf carts with tops for the three municipal golf courses. • Duck Creek Golf Course (18-hole), located at 3000 E Locust Street • Emeis Golf Course (18-hole), located at 4500 W Central Park Ave • Red Hawk Golf Course (9-hole), located at 6364 Northwest Boulevard; New 2024-25 model carts are to be provided**. Carts are to be consistent in color, unless specified. 158 total carts will be required with the following breakdown per location. • Duck Creek Golf Course – Sixty-Eight (68) carts • Emeis Golf Course – Sixty-Eight (68) carts • Red Hawk Golf Course – Twenty-Two (22); **ALTERNATE– Vendor may propose a slightly used fleet lease. An alternate in your proposal for the used models will be considered, if the vendor will guarantee all carts will be in good physical and mechanical condition when delivered each year. 22 Carts should not exceed 8 years of age (2016 model year or newer). 136 Carts should not exceed 5 years of age (2019 model year or newer). Specify in the proposal unit age and optional pricing. If alternate proposal is accepted and later model carts are found to be in less than good condition (physically or mechanically), the City reserves the right to request replacement carts immediately. Alternate proposals must include pricing and be submitting as a separate document under the response attachment titled “Alternate Proposal – Used Fleet Lease”.
