The University of Illinois on behalf of its Offices of Technology Management with locations at the Chicago and Urbana-Champaign universities are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide an electronic technology commercialization system for its intellectual property. The University’s principal focus for software selection in this effort is to purchase a system that will facilitate tracking technology disclosures, managing intellectual property, storing and tracking agreements, managing financials, and assisting in the marketing of technologies. The software selected must allow for ease of use, searching, preparing reports, and customization of fields (both with initial installation and changes during the contract).
