Goals and priorities for this project include: a. Interior renovation of portions of existing building for maintenance and storage uses b. Addition to the existing building to provide maintenance bays and additional storage c. Construction of a new stand-alone pole barn for equipment storage d. Construction of associated drives to service existing building, addition, and new pole barn e. Construction of a new wash bay building and associated drives f. Construction of a fueling station with two underground 12,000 gallon tanks and associated drives g. Interior renovation of portions of existing building for office and personnel uses h. Construction of a multi-use path along eastern and northern edges of property i. Cleaning of existing building exterior j. Site fencing and gates k. Landscaping as required to meet zoning requirements l. Construction of a salt storage barn
