The City has identified and will be evaluating the prime firms’ qualifications and experience for the Scopes of Services listed. However, the City does not guarantee that all Scopes of Services listed will materialize on any given project assignment or the rotation list. The qualifications and experience of the prime firm, or subconsultant, performing the Scopes of Services will be evaluated under Consideration Item 6 – Scopes of Services – Comparable Project Experience.
