a. One (1) 1,000 gallon (Diesel Petroleum Fuel), and one (1) 300 gallon (Unleaded Petroleum Fuel), ten (10) gauge carbon steel cylindrical double-walled AST meeting, at minimum, the requirements of UL 142 and STI F921. AST to be equipped with full-length skids, capable of being secured to the concrete pad through the AST skid per manufacturer’s requirements or the utilization of ¾” sleeve type anchors to secure the AST, whichever is more stringent. AST is to be leveled and anchored/attached to the paved surface. At a minimum, the corners of each AST skid end shall be secured. AST’s shall be horizontally installed end-to-end with appropriate separation, AST products acceptable to WAA shall be WE-MAC DW Flame Shield Tank or approved equal system capable of meeting or exceeding all performance features of the WE-MAC DW Flame Shield Tank. Flame Shield tanks shall be no bigger diameter than 50”. b. ASTs and above ground piping and plumbing shall have factory applied primer and white enamel topcoat. If AST’s or above ground piping are damaged, scratched or scuffed during installation, then Contractor shall re-apply topcoat over affected surfaces per AST manufacturer’s requirements. c. The Contractor shall provide and install new fuel in-tank, dispensing pumps equal to Great Plains Industries. Diesel pump shall be capable of 30 GPM flow. Gasoline pump shall be equivalent to standard flow rate of auto fuels. Both pumps to be connected to the Veeder Root/FlowMaster systems. d. Retractable hose reel to be provided for 1,000-gallon diesel tank with a minimum fueling hose length of 35’. Hose reel to be mounted within the bollards, but positioned not to interfere with FuelMaster interface. e. Two (2) Veeder Root AST probe Kit and two (2) Veeder Root Mag Probe are to be included. Contractor shall perform calibration and functionality testing to meet manufacturer’s requirements. f. Electronic overfill limit switches to be installed per code.
