A. The Contractor will provide all necessary transportation, labor, supervision, tools, parts, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidental items of any kind as may be required to satisfactorily complete any required on-call electrical services on an” as needed” basis, including projects and emergency repairs. Most of the scope will consist of the installation of electrical devices, electrical system repair, and troubleshooting. B. For the purposes of this bid, Electrical Services will be defined as 'electrical and associated work,' including, but not limited to: • Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electrical systems • Disconnection, demolition, and recycling of electrical components • Electrical inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting • Work related to transformers, utility services, and voltage systems (low, medium, and high) • Installation of lighting (interior and exterior), power systems, and controls • Installation and maintenance of cabling systems (data, fiber optics, power, and telecommunications) • Fire, security, CCTV, and communication systems (low voltage), • Installation of electrical infrastructure, including raceways, panels, breakers, surge protection, and backup power systems C. The awarded Contractor is expected to have staff readily available with the necessary skills to perform each of these tasks on small-scale projects. D. While the use of sub-contractors is not discouraged and at times may be required by the specific performance requirements of the project, it is the expectation of the Board that the Awarded Contractor will have the capability to self-perform the requested tasks if applicable. E. The Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment, whenever required, to perform work in a safe working environment.
