The City of Alpharetta is requesting proposals for the upfitting of Public Safety vehicles with emergency equipment, including, but not limited all parts, supplies, delivery, and labor for installation of specified upfitting equipment, as well as the maintenance of said equipment. Typical vehicles are sedans, SUVs, and light trucks, but upfitting for other vehicle types could be required during the term of this contract. It is the City’s intent to enter into a five-year contract for these services with one or more vendors found to be highly qualified through vendor’s proposal and the City’s evaluation process. The contract does not guarantee a baseline amount of work or compensation. Quantities are estimated for proposal evaluation purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment to order a specific quantity. Upfitting and equipment items will be ordered as needed.
