The City of Bristol seeks completion of work within the Mechanic’s bays/ Main Garage prior to winter onset, with other areas addressed to subsequent to completion of this work. Remove existing unit heaters and associated venting, and either patch and seal roof opening, or reuse existing vent opening for new vent installation, where applicable as noted on the drawings. Install concrete pads where noted for placement of propane tanks. Install new Modine unit heaters, including all connections to gas, electrical, ventilation, etc for full operational use. Perform all work as shown within the attached project drawings.
