In order to move the organization from its current state into one that effectively leverages the capabilities of the new Pension Solution system, the Change Readiness Consultant (Contractor) shall provide personnel to identify, develop, implement and evaluate change readiness activities and deliverables, offer guidance and input, share best-practice lessons and deliver industry experience to current staff and leaders who are preparing CalSTRS staff, stakeholders and leadership to be ready for system and operational changes. The Contractor will be under the direction of the Pension Solution Assistant Business Project Director or designee and may be assigned one or more teams/programs/projects during the total services period. All deliverables and services will be provided in a diligent, professional, competent, and timely manner.
