Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Cordelia CVEF Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Bay Door Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Valid Local or County business license and Contractor State License Board C-61/D-28 Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices Classifications. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
