The purpose of this RFP is to provide Class A Uniforms, Honor Guard Uniforms, and alteration services in the amount of 250 uniforms annually. 2. Uniform Services - Probation has about 25 Honor Guards who will require Honor Guard Uniforms and 50 executive staff that will require Class A uniforms, each employee receives two (2) sets of uniforms. 3. Uniform Accessories - Uniforms Accessories are expected to be available for pick up within ten (10) working days from the date of the request. 4. Alteration Services: Services are to be completed within forty-eight (48) working hours. 5. Uniforms & Accessories color shades - Class A Uniforms: Color shades for all blue, black, gold and brass items must match. Honor Guard Uniforms: Color shades for all blue, high gloss black, gold and brass items must match. 6. Ordering & Pick-Up Process: a. Probation uniform coordinator and/or honor guard supervisor will authorize employees to request uniform. Each employee is responsible for calling Proposer to make an appointment. b. Proposer will create an appointment for staff to go into their store for measurements. Appointment shall be scheduled within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of the request. c. Probation employees will go into Proposer’s store for measurements and to be fitted. d. Probation employees will pick up uniforms and accessories at Proposer’s store. e. Uniforms shall be clean, ironed and ready for pick up at the store at the scheduled date and time.
