2.1. For brake service, the vendor shall pick up components from City service yards to be serviced at vendor’s facility. The City shall have the option to drop off components at vendor’s facility. 2.2. Services shall be completed within 48 hours of receiving components. The vendor shall contact the City representative if there are any delays. 2.3. Components shall be delivered by vendor once service is completed. 2.4. Upon delivery or pick up, vendor and City representative shall inspect components for delivery condition. 2.5. All parts shall meet the strict original manufacturer’s standards and specifications. 2.6. Parts deliveries 2.6.1. Orders for in-stock items (items that the vendor currently has on-hand) shall be delivered within three hours from time of order. 2.6.2. Special Order items (items that are not stocked at the vendor’s location) shall be delivered once order has been filled. 2.6.3. In the event the City must expedite an order, the City shall pay for any additional shipping and handling costs incurred by the vendor. Those incurred costs shall be added as a separate line item on the invoice. 2.6.4. The City shall have the option to pick up orders at vendor’s location as a “will call”
