Providing University Relations and Development with an integrated software-as-a service (SaaS) Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system explicitly built for higher education nonprofits to complement its fundraising efforts. The system will handle between 60-100 concurrent users with easily updated role-based security and a responsive interface that is accessible on mobile devices. The database will include approximately 600,000 records currently housed in Advance Web (Oracle). Additionally, the system will have robust reporting, gift processing including matching gifts, and easy receipting, direct-mail functionality that provides conditional content, moves-management functionality, grant and proposal tracking, analytics for wealth ratings, dataenrichment services, import/export functionality, and responsive online donation forms.
