1. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, tools, materials, and equipment, necessary for rodent, pest, and insect control as described within. 2. Contractor shall provide rodent control via bait station installation, baiting, and monthly servicing (unless specified otherwise) between April and October of each year in all buildings requested at each service location. a. Service locations and associated buildings listed below. 3. In addition to bait station installation and servicing the Contractor shall provide added rodent control via glue trap installation and servicing within all non-public structures such as pump houses, manager’s quarters, and garages between April and October of each year. 4. Contractor shall perform insect control treatments at all buildings being serviced for rodent control. 5. All services shall be rendered during the park operating season which occurs beginning in April each spring and running through October. a.
