III. Scope of Services The selected talent search firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment and selection services to fill senior and specialized positions within ARC. Services will include, but are not limited to: • Collaborating with ARC to understand key position requirements, desired competencies, and organizational culture. • Developing a recruitment strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. • Conducting a thorough market analysis to identify potential candidates with regional and/or national industry experience. • Advertising the position(s) effectively and leveraging networks to maximize outreach. • Screening and shortlisting candidates, including preliminary interviews and background checks. • Coordinating interviews and feedback processes between ARC and candidates. • Providing regular progress updates and reports to ARC. IV. Desired Qualifications • Demonstrated experience and success in executive search and placement, preferably within the public sector, transportation, environmental planning, or related industries. • Proven track record in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in candidate selection. • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders. • Access to an extensive network of qualified professionals in the regional and national market. • A consultative approach to ensure alignment with ARC’s strategic vision and cultural values.
