The State seeks proposals for the following: 1. Present virtual training content between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm EDT on diversity and equity topics relevant to the ANR workplace for approximately 80–100 virtual participants. The training should be engaging and relevant, drawing on current experiences within ANR. The selected vendor will: a. Collaborate with the State to develop subject matter and a detailed timeline for the training. Suggested topics from ANR staff include, but training content is not limited to: i. Accessibility and disability (1) For example, invisible and visible disabilities; learning, mental, and physical disabilities ii. Identity and inclusivity of minority groups (1) For example, first-generation Americans, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent people iii. Indigenous people in the region iv. Microaggressions and unconscious bias v. Socio-economic inequity in Vermont vi. Systemic racism and white supremacy b. Include at least one hour of instructional content. Allocate 30 minutes for a question-andanswer session immediately following the instructional content. i. Vendors are welcome to submit a proposal for a multi-session series. 2. Record a 10–15-minute video that serves as an executive summary of the one-hour session of instructional content. 3. Develop a fact sheet in plain language that captures the main takeaways from the delivered instructional content and relevant resources; use one of the State of Vermont Chief Marketing Office Fact Sheet Templates.
