Vendor will provide: 2.1. Access to a digital dashboard that shows the following types of information for dates that can be input by the state, including but not limited to: • Visitor areas of congregation, movement, and spend • Visitor origin • Visualizations of the above in table and map formats, and “sliced” along customized areas defined below The above information should be available as close to “real-time” as possible. The vendor should define the expected time lag time for data to populate the dashboard. 2.2. Immediate customization of the dashboard to include geofencing the following areas and reporting at these levels: • The state of Vermont • 14 counties of Vermont • 14 tourism regions of Vermont (defined at the town level) • 50-100 Attractions 2.3. Ability to customize the dashboard with further geofenced areas and points of interest over time. 2.4. Marketing attribution services to help us evaluate our advertising programs and/or website content, and/or provide insights and actionable next steps for program tactics. 2.5. Sharing of data with Tourism Economics, who will be performing annual economic impact studies for the State. 2.6. Optional: integration into the state’s Tourism Economics Symphony dashboard. 2.7.
