To establish multiple professional and technical contracts to quickly implement small to large-sized projects in a number of Service Groups as explained below. It is anticipated that a shortlist will be created for a period of up to three years with two optional 1-year extensions. When a future project is available, the City will email the Scope of Work of the available project to the Qualified Shortlisted vendor(s) per the corresponding category, to engage for that opportunity. Projects will be identified based on the Department needs and funding availability. The City will request a cost proposal on a project-by-project basis. If a reasonable fee cannot be achieved with the Consultant of choice, negotiations will proceed with the other qualified proposer until a mutual agreement is reached.
