* Animal services include but not limited to wild, violent, or domesticated animals, such as skunks, snakes, geese, opossums, bats, birds, rats, racoons, armadillos, coyotes, beavers, hogs, etc. * Contractor is to provide control services by elimination of existing animals or pests and the prevention or limitation of returning within practical limits. * The Contractor is expected to provide all equipment/chemicals and utilize the latest methods available for animal control and removal services at no additional cost to METRO. * Special care shall be exercised in the use of liquid deterrents used in certain areas where students and staff would be exposed to it. * A schedule of when chemicals or traps are to be applied must be coordinated with METRO representative prior to use, all materials or chemicals used must be approved by the appropriate METRO representative.
