The contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance Services (Including Inspection, Lubrication, Testing, Adjusting, Cleaning, Repairing and Replacing of Items), and Emergency Repair Service for the three Hydraulic Elevators as recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), The American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ (ASME) most recent A17.1 - Section 8.6 (Maintenance, Repairs, Replacement, and Testing) and A17.2 recommendations and guidelines, and State Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR) Safety Regulations and Recordkeeping of the items but not limited to the listed in Attachment IV. To include but not limited to: DLLR required 5-year Testing Inside the Car: • Examine the interior of the elevator car for damage to the walls, ceiling, and handrails. • Examine the position indicator lights and replace any burned out lights. • Operate the elevator going up and down and check the leveling accuracy, acceleration, and deceleration. Make any adjustments deemed necessary
