Environmental Compliance Support Services can include but are not limited to the following: ● Provide Environmental Compliance Support. ● Complete Project Checklists for Environmental Compliance (Attachment No. 6). ● As-needed qualified Biologist or Arborist to assess/survey sites and deliver technical reports where biological resources may be impacted, typically applies where a tree removal(s) is required. ● Other as-needed Environmental Compliance Support services to support the delivery of CTIEP 78 and 79. Assessment/Survey Services can include but are not limited to the following: ● Conduct computer-aided virtual review of sites. ● Determine the scope of work in accordance with established Program policies, procedures, and guidelines. ● Provide a topographic survey per the BOE Guidelines for subconsultant engineers (See Attachment No. 11). ● Conduct topographic surveys identifying utilities, all above surface foundation bases (streetlights/traffic equipment/fire hydrant, etc.), curb drains, landscaping, crosswalk striping, grade breaks, traffic loops, easements and all other street furnishings within each site. ● Provide AutoCAD Drawing file per the BOE CAD Standards. ● Report survey field work using the existing BOE network drives, Google systems, websites, databases, templates, etc. ● Assess existing sidewalks, curb ramps, and related elements for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal disabled access regulations, including City Standard Plans and Manuals, the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design, and the California Building Code (CBC) or current applicable standards. ● Conduct field assessments such as site observations, measurements, clear distance evaluations, identification of utility conflicts, easements and right of entry needs, determine necessary repairs of the sidewalk, driveway, curb ramps, and related elements for compliance with applicable disabled access regulations. ● Provide necessary equipment to Consultant personnel as needed to perform assessments including but not limited to measuring wheels, tape measures, clip boards, 4-ft smart levels, safety gear, and mobile computer devices with network connection. ● Use existing SRP Database to upload and record assessment data collected in the field in real time and to geocode the limits of work. ● Report assessment results using existing BOE network drives, Google systems, websites, databases, templates, etc. ● Capture and upload photographs in accordance with BOE guidelines ● Coordinate with and respond to inquiries from the design team related to assessed sites. ● Perform as-needed review and updates of outdated assessments. ● Provide surveys where necessary to support the Consultant’s design team and support design services during construction
