1.) All building materials are to be removed including footings, patios, basement walls and flooring. 2.) Any basements, under structure, or accessory structure, leaving a void, must be filled with compacted compatible soil after removal. 3.) Furnish acceptable fill material (black dirt) to leave lot with proper slope for water runoff and mowable condition. 4.) Lot shall be seeded for grass to be able to grow. 5.) All utilities must be properly disconnected prior to demolition per City requirements. Checklist available at signing of agreement. 6.) Work should be completed within 20 days from acceptance of bid. 7.) The contractor will bring in all landfill receipts from the Bourbon County Landfill to the Codes Department to ensure payment after completion
